sebaceous cysts

I have tried to understand the needed oils for sebacious cysts and i am just not comprehending what i am reading..i am trying to find out what specific oils i need to take..My doctors claims the only way to get rid of them is to surgically remove them, i need an alternative..Please help me with this..

If you do not want to put in the time it would take for you to become an expert, and do the highest % preventive, just take at least 5 grams of omega 3s 3 times a day, for at least 6 months, and let us know how you are doing. That will do most of the good this approach can do.

In MY opinion, your doc is remaining intentionally ignorant of the advances in this area over the past 50 years.
