I have a sebaceous cyst that has formed on my labia. Prbably about the size of a dime Less than a year ago i had a sebaceous cyst removed, I do not want to go thorugh another surgery, I have looked through the archives and cant seem to find anything related to that area where my cyst is. Do you have any suggestions?

Hi Sigh..

Do you think that it might be an ingrown hair due to
shaving too close? (Plucking can be bad as well.)

Thanks, Ron.

Not shaving sensitive areas would be a good start.

I had placed a recent testimonial on the BB regarding sebaceous cysts in the female genital area. I took Dr.Walt's advice and did the evening primrose oil and flaxseed oil for 3 months, they are all gone!! I had about five bumps and one was the size of a dime. I almost went for surgery but Dr. Walt said to give it a 3 month try so I figured it would be worth not having to be carved on. Give it a try! It made a believer out of me!
