Cracked skin in nose folds and rinitis

I have craks on the folds of my nose due to a Seboreic dermatitis. I have no problems with my hair and yes my skin is kind of oily. I live in Mexico City, Mexico. I dont want to go the antibiotic ways to solve this becasue I have tried and it comes back. I also have a deviated septum and therefore I've been diagnosed with rinitis "vaso motora (in spanish)" so frequently I have post nasal drip and makes me very propmpt for throat infections colds, etc. I gather that i need to start doing SR and may look into the LGS stuff here. Please tell me if this is what I should do and do you reccomend taking a B complex, or any that would help with the itching and cracking in the short term.
Thank you for your help and for shoqwing a different way for others in countries in which information is not so freely found

Thanks, Alex.

Start with the essential fatty acids on the home page. THEN be sure to firmly scrub the area every day with a terrycloth washcloth and dry with a terrycloth towel.

Let us know how you are doing in a few weeks. You will not see maximum results for a few months but you should be beginning to see changes in a few weeks.

Thank you for you answer, I have some questions if I may

Is a terrycloth just a regular mini towel or is it a special fiber?

Is there any cream that would help my itching nose?

I'll star with the EFA and again will have to search through health food stores and will keep you and everybody posted on the progress.

Thanks again

Alex

Also, try jojoba oil. I have no seborrheic dermatitis left since using it. Also, watch sugars in your diet.

Yes, Alex.

The regular wash cloths and towels. Nearly all of them are terrycloth for exactly this reason.

OTC hydrocortisone cream (1%) would help for a while.

Thank you again and sorry for the inconvenience. How do I use the jojoba oil? Should I apply it ont folds of my nose or are you talking about it being an EFA and take it internally?

No, not internally.

apply externally only. Wash face, dry, then apply a few drops onto skin. this will absorb into the skin within about 10mins. Be careful what you use on your skin with SB. Its very sensitive. With the jojoba oil, you wont need any moisturiser at all.

You will be amazed at how nice the oil feels on your skin, and how soft it makes it. Its the cllosest match to your own sebum that your skin produces.

So glad to hear. Keep it up, I am sure It will continue to help you. Like I said I have no more SB left, but do watch sugars in your diet, it definitely aggravates my skin and makes me itch. Also, watch refined carbs. With the jojoba oil, you dont need much as you dont want to end up looking greasy, but at this stage you probably just want relief from the SB. I can understand that, but you really only need a few drops.

So far I'ts been 3 days and I feel better, but another area of my face has developed a bit of SB. ┐How long did it take you to get rid of it? I want to set a time frame in order to be patient about it. A million thanks again. (I hope it's 100% jojoba)

Peace
