Hi I have seborrhoeic dermatitis on my face.I have had it for a 2 years 4 months now.I have read a bit on this site but what should I do to get rid of it.Give me the run down please and I'll go out and do it.What to take and so forth or what books to buy and techniques supplements etc ...

Chris,

Start by taking the EFAs listed in the home page articles FAQs) and being certain to "buff" (see the TV archives) the area with each bath. Your terrycloth washcloth and towel are plenty if you use them.

See how you are doing in about 3 months. If this is not enough to totally clear it there will be next steps to take.

I was thinking of doing the nystatin with probiotics I think I have Leaky gut and candida.So I think I will go that way.What do u think?
