SR. helps one get to an altered state and yes sex can help one get into a state of love and be in one'ness with all that is going on to the point of being in that altered state. It is not often though a person gets to that point, unless they really have moved out of the head and into the heart and total energy system within the body. Quiet mind down that is the key!

I know Dr. Stoll has answered this question before. He says that if your orgasm lasts for 20 minutes, (LOL) that it would be considered a good substitute. Suffice it to say, anything that puts you in the alpha state for 20 minutes is considered a good form of SR.
