My best friend bought me an oil burner and some rose fragrant oil.
I have been having problems sleeping lately, and I tried it last night. I had the best sleep yet. I let the rose oil permeate in the bedroom before sleep, with the door closed. The fragrance from the rose oil has a most calming, tranquil effect on me. Much more so than incense does. Almost like I can feel every muscle relax, and my mind starts to totally unwind. It calms my body and mind simultaneously. Almost like it takes me to another level of consciousness and restfulness. Its the best way to go to bed, and I had a very peaceful sleep and didnt wake up once through the night.

It definitely works well for me. Its the best scent in the whole wide world. I am sure you will love it. I even bought some tissues with Rose and Sandalwood Scent on it. The smell is delicious. Every now and then, I will grab one, and take a whiff of it, and it gives off such a wonderful aroma.
Rose is definitely my scent. I havent been able to find a rose perfume yet that doesnt set off my allergies. STill working on it. :)
Let me know how u do.
