I have a quick question. Several nights a week as I am sleeping, I will awaken and some part of my legs or arms have fallen asleep and are all tingly. It really drives me crazy! I am about 10 lbs over weight. This has been going on for about two years. (As long as I have been dealing with my back and side pain in my ribcage.) Why does this happen so often?

Hi, Kristin.
Chronic total body bracing is the only cause. See the archives for your options to quickly and permanently get rid of this.
Let us know what you learn before doing it.
