pancreatis/to stop smoking WITHOUT willpower

Does anyone know what suppliments would help with pancreatis?
I also want to share a really easy method to stop smoking.
1. sit a future date, maybe 6 weeks in advance of where you are now.
2. without thinking or analyizing the possible results of this method, each time you light up, empty an ash tray, anything that concerns smoking, think to yourself, Yuck! I will be so glad when Nov 15th (or whatever date you choose) gets here and I will be a non smoker.
3. keep it up (at first you forget) but just continue the process up until the night before your date to stop. On that night put all ash trays , cigarettes, etc out of sight and wake up the next morning as a non-smoker.
This really requires no will power. I quit 10 years ago by doing this and never had a problem. I never wanted to smoke at all. About a few weeks into NOT smoking, it is like having fond memories of smoking, so when I hit that time, I would tell myself, I am so thankful I stopped that nasty habit and that also went away with no problem. Hopefully someone will use this same method and see how easy it is.
Thansk for any help with the first request.
Carolyn

Thanks, Carolyn.

The best thing I know for pancreatitis is to eliminate the LGS which is the most common cause. This is a BAD condition.

Congratulations for "kicking the habit"!

Let us know how you do.

My husband takes pancreliase pills and lipidol and stays away from foods high in saturated fats and he is doing ok.

How bad did you have this? He was in the hospital for 7 months with his, plus he has a pancreatic drainage tube that should be coming out within the next month.

Good Luck, hope this helps a little.

Thanks, Leslie.

I did not have it myself but treated a few patients who did.
