You will notice that "quality of life" was not emphasized.

I wonder how long my grandfather would have lived ? He
smoked 2 packs a day and a hospital killed him at age 104.
I should send this to a friend who quit a few yrs ago.
According to an online test, it said he would live to 89.
They said that smoking takes 7 yrs off your life and he
asked if he started again at 82 did I think he would make it
to 89 since he was dieing to smoke.
