Ruptured C-7 and C-7

Just a note to let you know that it has been 2 months since I learned that I had a ruptured disc. Thankfully, I have a great chiropractor and he has helped me through a very troubling time, both physically and emotionally. Also I did not sit around feeling sorry for myself. I read your archives and just about everything else I could get my hands on. My choices for therapy were of course chiropratic care, stretching and relaxation. I chose Tai Chi to help my bracing and now almost two months have passed. I am back to work and virtually pain free. I just wanted to express my appreciaton for your web sit and share my experience with you. Thanks again and best of luck to those searching for ways to help themselves.
