Instrumented fusions at L-5 / S-1, Failure rates!

Dear Sirs, I can't for the life of Me understand how a Human Being, with Human emotions and feelings, could justify "crippling" patients, far more than those "healed' if any, can continue doing these "Instrumented Fusions" with "Pedicle Screw devices", that were truly never approved for use in the spine,
but they continue placing them with at least some idea that it most likely will cause More Harm, than good, and still feel good about it!!! and them when confronted with a patient, (7 out of 10, at least failure rate) who continues to have pain, most times worse than the original complaints, and then "Drop them like so much "trash" because these failed patients are causing others to think twice, which certa1inly lowers their payments for services rendered, that when the slightest inclination is presented that "Maybe something went wrong", they ABANDON and label the patient as a "drug seeker" or a mentally unstable patient, whom may ruin their career
and reputation among their fellows, because the doctors attitude frequently is " I can't be wrong, I'm the doctor', and I know more than any fool patient, etc." But what You all forget is, that our minds still functioned and if the will to survive is present at the smallest degree, we fight back against what we know was done wrong if only by the constant pain worse than when we presented, Their EGO's get bruised, and out the door they go, in order to "shut us off, so as not to raise questions with "ethics" and plain old good practice! and if a complaint arises, they(M.D,s ) refuse any responsibility, for what has taken place, and be Man enough to say, "I'm sorry and I'll do whatever is neccessary to fix this!" But instead, they choose to label the patient has so many Heinous things, in order to dis-credit them at all costs, so that they won't have to give up their underground "good 'ol boys" club, and leave us stranded and branded as "drug seekers " or " Malingerers", which is the furthest from the truth, all because of their "Malpractice insurance" premiums
need to remain at the same rates!! THIS IS CRIMINAL AND ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR, AND A DIRTY LIE !!!

WELL, WE ARE LEGIT, SUFFERING FROM THESE DAMNED SCREWS! WHERE I COULD WALK OK BEFORE THE SURGERY, BUT AFTER THGE SURGERY, I COUNDN'T WALK MORE THAN 100 FEET AT A TIME!!!! This is not a cure, it's a Butchery" By all heartless means to discredit the patient who trusted them to HEAL, Not further injure Me! SHAME, SHAME SHAME ON ALL OF THE UNSCRUPULOUS PRACTITIONERS of Voodoo magic, etc.~!We are slowly but SURELY gouing to expose You for the "Butchers" that You are, and I personally, will haunt every living hour of yours until My justice comes,fairly and oh so long overdue!! Please, regain your humanity and remember the hippocratic oath " Thow shalt do no harm" in which You failed miserably, and at great personal expense!!! I would love to have YOU on the table for fifteen minutes, just to get even!~ BUT THE NEXT BEST AND LEGAL RESCOURSE I HAVE !! OK? TKANKS FOR THE TIME, NOW GET HONEST WITH YOURSELF, THEN US, AND I FOR ONE, WOULD FORGIVE YOUR MIS-JUDGEMENT, BUT NOT IF THIS GOES UNKOWN, FOR INFINITY! YOU ARE SLOWLY KILLING PEOPLE FOR A QUICK BUCK! Shame on You all!!!
