Hi nutmeg! I had a question for you regarding the book by Sopel and Klein which you may or may not be able to answer. As you had said, the book is out of print, however they have just published a new book by the same authors. Its called 'Backache -what exercises really work'. I wondered if you knew if there was any difference between the two editions. Sometimes older versions tend to have exercises, info that is omitted in later editions. I will appreciate any help you may be able to give me.

Wow, I didn't know there was a new one. Where did you find out about it? Would be interested in hearing more. So, I guess that means I can't answer your question :)
I just checked amazon.com and bn.com and found the 2000 edition on bn (link below), but nothing newer. Sounds like it is an updated version of the one I have, and that it still includes exercises. Good price too. Did you find a review on the newly published one? I doubt the authors would write & publish a book without exercises in it since that seems to be their style.
They should do a video. My sister-in-law would love that.
Thanks for the update. Hope you can find a good edition and have as much success with the program as I have.
