Hi, just fell upon this site and found the BEST cure! I've just bought my YEAR supply of vinegar...and wondering what the tea tree oil is for? I'm trying to order the book, Saving yourself from the disease-care crisis...however, I'm in Australia...and hoping it's still in publication....and have just asked my local book store to get it in for me. I've read the testimonies...and I'm very impressed...it just "clicked" for me...as I'm used to listening to my body...well, it just shouted "YES"..."this is it!!" Thank god my husband loves the smell of it all....says I'm his favorite salad now...LOL....BONUS....taking care of my prob AND spicing up my love life!!! Good luck to all!

Hi, jc.
I am not familiar with the condition called by that term(likely a function of the differences in language in 2 english-speaking countries).
My guess is that this is about the disc having lost it's fluid filled center.
If I had this problem I would go to the archives about spinal problems and learn the basic ways to approach ALL spinal problems. NONE of these ways can be harmful and might just relieve the problem without surgery. One can ALWAYS do the surgery and the alternatives, practiced before the surgery) would increase the chances of surgical success. Remember the statistics following surgery: 1/3 get better, 1/3 get worse and 1/3 stay the same.
THEN, if you still have questions, write again.
Hope this helps.
