3. Raynauds in left hand and slightly in right hand, seems to get worse year by year.
4.oral thrush, possibly from antibiotics, had for 2 years, makes me feel ill.
5. lost 2 stone in wieght in 14 months. since me and the ex wife split, possibly due to different eating habbits or a little stress or maybe both.
6.fatigue but insomnia, strange i think.
7.acheing left shoulder, had since raynauds, 4 years.
pins and needles down left arm, when this happens i tend to go quiet and feel a little queezy.

From my sometimes uneducated guess, I'd think you were suffering from stress. Intense stress.
3legstool is for you 100%!

Hi, Gav.
Listen to Michele. I agree 100%. Anyone standing back and seeing how everything fits together would know that.

I knew exactly what Walt was going to say before I read it because I could have written your letter myself (except for the divorce, my problems started when the sex ended but we're still married) I had every symptom and more, so consider yourself lucky, I truly believed it would kill me. 8 months into Skilled Relaxation and I'm a new man, not totally pain free but totally different than I used to be. I'm very aware now. I'm very open and impulsive as well and it feels good.

I take that back, I've never had thrush. Thank God. But I'm sure it was caused by stress.

Thanks, SR man.
SR is not a cure-all but it does help nearly all chronic conditions.
