Tooth Out! SR Helped!

Hi All - so my wisdom tooth was taken out. Thank God. It really wasn't too bad. I did what a lot of boardies suggested - zinc and C before (not on the AM of though as rec'd) and here is what I did to calm down (yes, I was not looking forward to getting my tooth out - ouch - plus, I hate needles in my mouth - and I had a fear of the unknown)
So, I had the one needle. I brought with me some yoga info, and told the staff I'd like to come do a "thank you" yoga class with them on a lunch or at the end of their day "if they got me out alive" I joked.....(FYI, the dentist signed up ALL of his staff, as a preventative therapy, for yoga and massage with me for SIX MONTHS!!!!!!) but, I did my sr, did some pressure points during my extraction (which was by the way, short and sweet, no big deal) and afterwards, at home, I practiced SR additionally. I did not need even an advil (they asked me if I wanted prescription meds, I said NO WAY)...in any case, I feel great today. I'm not going to go chew a steak or anything, but I do feel good and feel SR and my Centerpointe did help me through it and after it.
I keep reading, and realizing, and learning - Healing is in the Mind..... :) Thanks for all of your support.
