This is purely amazing to me. I had to share....
The SR is really helping all of a sudden. I don't get stressed about anything. I mean, maybe a little, but nothing how it used to be. Even driving, which bad drivers always made me crazy!!
I have more energy, and don't need as much sleep.
I look at things in nature, and I look at them in a whole new light. I feel truly blessed that I have a child and a husband that I need to take care of.
Tonight, I was doing my stretches, and I can almost lay down on my legs. There is no tight muscles. I could maybe stretch 1/2 way 4 days ago.
SR is amazing if it is done correctly. I am so thankful for all the resources this site has, and all the support in my TMJ saga. It is getting better too, just a little slower since the muscles are trying to heal.
Thank you.

I had practiced on/off again for close to 1 year. Never really stuck with it on a daily basis until about 3 weeks ago. I think I can sleep better now from SR which is another reason I feel so good. I use a sleep cd that gets your brain to alpha, at least it works quickly for me. I didn't use it before, and was having a hard time getting to the relaxation response. This helps tremendously.

What is the name of the CD? Where did you get it?
Thanks
Matt

It's called the science of sleep by Steve Wingfield with Dr. Lee R. Bartel. My step mom sent it to me from Denver, CO, so I'm not sure which store.
