Hi guys, I've been doing SR for about 2+ months now, I've only started doing it religously for the past 1 month. And I've definitely noticed some improvements in some of my health problems.
I had very bad anxiety for the past 2 years, excessive sweating, and chronic insomnia. All of these three problems have been pretty much eliminated since I started doing SR. It's truly amazing, and encouraging.
I still do it regularly and hope to see improvements with my LGS soon, the improvements I've experienced is definitely very encouraging to me.

I read the relaxation book and after trying out some things, I decided the deep breathing was best for me. Just counting breathes, breathing in and out.
I use a device called stress eraser to certify it. It's a newer device on the market, a little pricey but it's working for me. The link is below, good luck.
