does anyone here use the Binaural Beat CD's for SR? I wonder what your experiences have been and (since they offer several at different frequency's) whih CD best matches Dr. Stolls reccommendations for a good "state of mind" to relieve stress? Also, these CD's are up to an hour long.Is there any value in listening for 20 minutes 2x daily?
I really hope Dr. Stoll has looked into these CD's and will comment. I have tried them and tey do seem effective. Thank You.

I think Dr. Stoll will tell you (rightly) that *any* SR technique that works is a good one. So if it's floating your boat, then you should keep on using it! I've tried the "Insight" and "Focus" CD's that Dr. Mercola sells and have had good luck with both (they are binaural recordings). I discovered that I preferred just doing it myself (using autogenics or progressive relaxation), but I still go back and use the CD's from time to time (I mostly didn't like the fact that I had to wear headphones).
