Should I be feeling some changes by now? I am not feeling any different.

Hi Steven,
It can take up to six months to experience changes.
What are your sessions like?
Best wishes,
Jan

Same as when I did the once a day. Not every one is the same of course. I don't know how to describe how I feel. I do notice I can feel tension in my body and release it, my arms feel warm and almost like they are asleep (but they aren't). Same with legs. I set in a comfortable chair with my arms up on the armrests.
When I did it with my EDA bioscan, I would start the dial at 10 (high) and it would drop to 1 and below (which is supposed to be relaxed). Once in a while, when I would start to get nervous about "can I keep it down here?" I would feel a bit of panic and it would shoot right back up to 10 FAST. So I assume that meant I was there and worrying about it got me nervous and I wasn't relaxed then. So I just use the CD without the Bioscan so I can relax and not have to hear the pitch and worry about it.

Hi Steven,
It sounds like you are doing well with this. Continue. I had my first big release at around 1 month, but this is different for everyone. Your positive changes may be subtle ones, just keep watching for them.
Congratulations on your progress. It does sound like you are doing well with this. That is great.
Best wishes,
Jan

I hope I start to feel something. Because then it becomes a question of benefits versus huge inconvenience. I mean I'm not lazy, I can do it but if I don't feel anything after like 6 months, motivation will be gone. If I feel something big, then I would be very motivated.

I started doing SR about eight years ago at Walt's recommendation -- for fibromyalgia and leaky gut. I use a stress thermometer that I got online for less than $25, and I tape it to the end of my finger. When it reaches at least 96 degrees I consider myself successful. I now just do SR about three times a week, but for about an hour at a time. I discovered a few years ago that after doing some deep breathing exercises I could slip into my prayer time, and as long as my prayer remained focused I could stay in the AT zone successfully This has revolutionized my prayer life and alleviates all the stress of fibromyalgia.
