First, I want to thank all who responded to my thread about my sister with lymphoma, especially those who held out a little hope instead of just telling me to "prepare for the end"!!
Can anyone tell me what is a good source for guided imagery CDs? I've scoured my local stores, etc., but I'm thinking I probably have to go to a good website.
If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know. Thank you.
Renee

Hi Renee. I've been teaching relaxation and guided imagery for over twenty years. I work closely with a company called The Imagery Center from Westlake, OH. I even wrote a couple of scripts for them. Jeanne Engle is a certified hypnotherapist and she has wonderful guided imagery CD's and I feel the price is right. They even have a complete guided imagery program for pregnant women! Please visit the website (www.theimagerycenter.com) and tell them I recommended them to you. There is a CD for relaxation, but there is also one called "Flowing" that I always recommend for relaxation. They have CD's for many other concerns like preparing for medical proceedures, sleep, anxiety, anger, etc., etc. Best of luck to you. Please let me know if I may be of any help. Linda

Thanks, Linda! (a previous patient of mine)
Good to hear that you are still doing good work! AND good to hear that there are organizations providing these kind of services.
Happy Holidays to you and yours.
Namaste`
Walt

Long time no see, Linda. I remember when you were just starting
your stress reduction seminars business ('97/'98), wasn't it? About
the same time I started posted stories.
Same kickstart address. You chose a good route, a great way to
spend life.
Let's see, how many hugs is it we need a day? : )
Cheers,
Jim

Hypnosis tapes have really helped me with my skilled relaxation. I just thought I'd endorse them as well. I can't say enough good things about them.
