Hi,
I posted a few weeks back asking for help on multiple health issues. I wasn't sure where to start. I purchased the new book and just wanted to make a comment on how I'm doing. It's amazing to me how much stress has been adding to my health issues. I started using audio visual entrainment as my way to relax/meditate and that along with diet has been helping so much. I'm by no means healed yet but I have not felt such a hugh difference in my body in a really long time. I guess I'm just trying to say that I didn't believe how important the relaxation part of the whole picture was until now. Thank you!
