Good morning, Jan

My husband has been very successful following the Recapture Your Health program and is doing well with skilled relaxation. I was wondering if you could recommend a source for guided imagery scripts
that we can record so that he can continue improving. I appreciate any help you can offer.

Hi Jan,

There are tons of scripts available online if you google "hypnotherapy scripts." Some are free, some you pay for. Also there are books of scripts for hypnotherapists, and they could find good ones there. Then, using computer software called RecordPad and an inexpensive computer microphone, they could make their own guided relaxation CDs.

Some hypnotherapists will create a personalized CD by making up a script that suits the clients current needs, and using the above software or similar. You pay for the service and the CD is sent to you. I used to do this, but haven't been able to get it to work since I replaced my PC a few years ago. I have a hypnotherapist friend who does them at www.mind-overmatter.com.
