SR - I Doser - Binaural Beats

Hi, i'm very new to SR, I got the books and i'm trying some different methods. Would like to know if anyone has tried or has had any success with I Doser http://i-doser.com/

Apparently they offer binaural beats geared to replicate drug experiences. That's a pretty interesting idea to be able to approximate a peyote trip without having all the side effects.

I've only once been able to quiet my mind long enough for it to work, but it was pretty nice. I think that's the closest i've come to reaching a truly deep relaxing state.

Just throwing this SR method out there and looking for experiences or opinions on it.

Thanks

I have not tried I Doser, but if your having trouble reaching the Alpha zone, try another time of the day, or another place. Don't force it, just let it happen. Slow and steady wins the race.

John,

All research, for the past 40 years, has shown that ALL additional states of consciousness achievable by drugs can be duplicated via SR techniques. Of course. there are no damaging side effects with SR whereas there can be plenty with drugs.

Dr Stoll that is very fascinating to me. Any books you'd recommend or Google search terms? I've always had an interest in exploring "inner space" and I'd love to be able to learn to have use SR to have a psychedelic-type experience.

Thank you very much for this site. I now have hope which is something I haven't had in a long time.

Thanks Steve. I'll keep trying different times of day. Seems like morning is the best so far. Less fidgety i guess.

Happy adventuring, John!

Just remember that the binaural approach is a "passive" approach, and as such has a minimal risk to certain people (like epileptics, etc). The passive approaches work well with me but since so do the active approaches, the "equipment" necessary for the passive methods are too much bother.

Hope this helps.

Walt
