Hello, I am a freshman in College and about November 7th my eye started twitcing constantly, whenever i am in class it goes. when i get out of class it stops. i dont feel like i am under any stress. i did have a problem beofre with stomach acid and now i take acidopholous. should i be concerned?

Start with the home page article: "The Modern Medical Interpretation of Stress" and then tell us you are not under any stress.
What you are describing is ALWAYS caused by stress-effect accumulation in the hypothalamus.

I have exactly the same symptom.
Left eye twitch.
I've heard this could be due to copper defficiency as well but ten to think it is caused by stress because when I do my SR more regularly it tends to go away.
