I have been meditating faithfullly now for almost 3 weeks, and already I have notice some significant benefits. I am making meditation my priority these days. Except yesterday was a very busy day, so only got one session in the evening, but the rest of the time, I have been twice a day at 30mins persession.
I am much calmer. Stress is not getting to me, as before. It's quite a subtle shift though.
Most of the symptoms of dysautonomia are gone. The only one I have left so far, is the sweating. It's better, but it's not totally gone yet, like the other symptoms. So I am hoping that with consistent, regular meditation, that too will leave.
Geeez, I have nver used so much deodorant in my life! ;-)

I feel much more at ease and relaxed in my own skin. I can be quite highstrung at times, and this is definitely changing since meditating. I wonder how much benefit I could have gotten if I had been more disciplined with my meditation. NO, it took something like dysautonomia to get me "motivated". ;-)
So,I have been meditating twice every day for 30 mins per day.k

Check your deodorant's ingredients out - it is possible that the aluminium in many brands contributes to alzheimers!!

Hi Matey,
Congratulations!
Try anti-bacterial soap instead of deoderant.
Best wishes,
Jan

Thanks, Sue.
Mine is from the health food store, and I ONLY will purchase aluminum free deo.
Actually, this one contains tea tree oil, and its SO REFRESHING, when you put it on.

lol!
Well, I use the deo. to sstop the smell.
Need to rid myself of the excess stress body has been accumulating. I think that's where the sweating (ew! ;-) has started from
Meditation is the key, baby!
I also use talcum powder to help stop the sweating. It's an annoying problem.

Hi Sedona
This is the deo that I use.
It's by Thursday plantation sport anti perspirant with zinc and tea tree oil, and no aluminuim.
Ingredients are as follows:
purified water/aqua
cetearyl alcohol
ceteareth 20
zinc
phenolsulphonate
polysorbate
tea tree oil
PEG-20 stearate
glyceryl syearate
fragrance
polyauaterium
I haven't had any issues with the more natural deodarants, but alwasy make sure its aluminim free! That's a biggie
