Dr. Walt
Thank you for offering information recently about how the hypothalamus can be disrupted from stress and confused about what to do with female hormones. (I'm male and I have been having pain in my nipples and in this general area). Interestingly, neither my gastroenterologist nor my homeopathic MD knew what the problem was.
Your information has helped me to stop worrying so much and to relax. Can you suggest any way to expedite
the "resetting" of the hypothalamus. I am doing the skilled relaxation, daily excercise and have been refining my diet per all the latest information. Is there anything else I should try?
Thank you,
Harry

You might try a glandular supplement. The best I know for the hypothalamus is PT/HPT by Biotics Research. I recommend Biotics glandulars because they use neonatal glandular tissue which is more active.

I'd recommend reading articles by Dr. Borkin on www.alternativemedicine.com (you can search for his name). I heard a radio interview with him. He rebalances hormonal system by individually designed hormonal mixtures after a comprehensive test. He said that this approach deals with stored stress.

Hi, Harry.
Not that I know of (yet).
The SR is the most important although the synergistic effect of the 3 legged stool is the fastest.
Let us know how you do.

Thanks, R.
I would be VERY interested in anyone trying this to let us know how they do (immediately and in a year or so). I have no doubts that we are smart enough to get short term gains but am sure that the long term effects will be another story.
NO ONE yet knows how to get rid of long term stress-effect storage by something they take. Hans Selye, MD studied this for all his life and published his exzperimental findings for 50 years without finding any such method. ALL current "advances" in our understanding are just rediscovering what he published.
I will be ecstatic if I am wrong!
Namaste`
