If anyone can help i would appreciate it .

magnesium picolinate will slow his heart down safelyand possibly help the dizziness.

Georgia, My daughter went thru this for about a year, with every test in the world run on her, before a Doctor found she had a major thyroid problem that for some reason did not show up. Good luck

IF there is thyroid involvement, this doent mean the thyroid is at the root of the cause. (if it is at the root of the cause, does your friend have metal fillings ? there is a lot of evidence available establishing that thyroid problems are often caused by mercury/cadmium/thallium/other highly toxic metals from fillings leaking and accumulating in the thyroid.)
but this sounds more like the appearance of GAS , or the stress effect. it is everywhere ! cutting out a lot of stress will stop that...in diet, in attitude, in metabolic functions!

Hi, Georgia.
The problem with betablockers is that they might actually work for these symptoms (and frequently DO--temporarily).
Unfortunately they do NOTHING about why the symptoms are happening and when they work for a while the causes just continue to accumulate until more serious problems (the bodymind shouting louder for help) occur.
I see no problem with using them so long the person has also started dealing with the causes. Unfortunately, once the symptoms are better, human nature is to ignore the causes and just go on with their previous livestyle.
