I have read about Hyperhydrosis and treatments but feel my hands don't sweat they are just a little clammy at times. Mostly at work and in other situations, is it just nerves or can I actually do something about it without the surgery everyone talks about with Hyperhydrosis?

Hi, Clammy.
Cold hands are an early sign of chronic fight or flight storage in genetically susceptible people. Be happy that this is YOUR warning! Depending on your genetic structure, it could have just as easily been colitis, eczema, hypertention, arthritis, etc.
NOW is the time for you to start discharging your stress-effect storage and not wait for more to show up---which they surely will.
Hope this helps.
