Walt,
I've been reading through the Internet on Peripheral Neuoropathy as was diagnosed beginning of this year. I was diagnosed with GERD/BE over a year ago, and now given a prescription for an inhaler for possible asthma. It works, however, I know all these remedies are mere bandaids and need to get to the cause. Understand this is through the hypothalamus, but what relationship can there be between peripheral neuropathy, GERD, and Asthma.
From my reading, peripheral neuropathy effects the organs depending on what type pn one has. Since I'm not diabetic I've been advised my peripheral neuropathy is due to problems with the lumbar area.
Other than exercising, SR sessions, and good diet, what else could one do in order to reduce the effects of peripheral neuropathy on a body?? I'm serious about this as I presently do not have the time to go to the gym, let alone do SR sessions religiously as is necessary.

Someday, because you can no longer work because of your impending health problems, you can go to the gym and practice SR.
Don't you think it's worth the effort now so that your health doesn't deteriorate further? Make time now, or time will eventually be made for you.

Hi, B.B.
It is all a matter of priorities. All I can assure you of is that next year it will take more effort for less benefits and you will be starting from a deeper hole than you are now. Listen to Sure.
There is not a direct relationship between neuropathy, GERD & Asthma. However, every burden to the stress mechanism causes each additional one to be more damaging and persistant. See the home page about stress and there is a whole chapter in my book about this concept. Read Selye and Pelletier. THIS MAY BE THE MOST IMPORTANT SINGLE CONCEPT IN THIS WHOLE NEW PARADIGM.
Hope this helps.
Walt
