Eye Bulging and Eye Twitching

I have noticed that in some recent pictures that were taken of me that my left eye is bulging. My mother noticed this too. The same eye continuously twitches, non-stop, this frustrates and aggravates me. I am bothered, yet concerned as to what this may mean. My mother mentioned that, perhaps I needed to get a thyroid test. Does anyone have any information or advise on my annoying situation? I spoke with a friend regarding this matter and they stated that I must be under much stress, I came to realize that my life is quite stressful but nothing more than what I am used to. Should I be concerned about underlying health problems?

First go to the archives, glossary and homepage about stress. Start with the home page.

The twitching can ONLY be caused by short term stress accumulation. The bulging may be from Grave's Disease, which is a dangerous consequence of chronic (long term)accumulation of stress-effect, in the hypothalamus, over many years.

See the archives about thyroid and about Grave's. Get your thyroid function checked and mention Grave's to the doctor ordering your blood tests.
