Shortness of Breath from Hypothyroidism

I was just reading about the shortness of breath with Hypothyroidism, which is what I'm experiencing and are causing me to have panic attacks. I've been diagnosed with thyroid problems and put on Levoxyl. It's making me very anxious, and upset with the effects of feeling out of control. Does anyone know of homeopathic ways to control the breathing, panic, and just being upset over the whole sense of feeling out of control with this medication. The doctors are telling me it's not the medication, but I've always been a very together and vibrant person, and I'm not depressed for any reason other than I feel like I can't resume my life without breathing.

If you have read the archives about these conditions, you know that they both are based on the storage of stress-effect in the hypothalamus (tangentially related to brain chemistry imbalance).

YOUR best approach is to start consistant and correctly practiced SR at once.

Tena, some people take the herbs, valerian root or kava. Valerian root has something to do with valium but not the dangers. I would believe my body before I would believe a doctor telling me it is not the drug. Have you checked out "Mary Shomon" on the web. You will find out a lot about the misconceptions regarding thyroid treatments.
