I read a discussion about which juicer is best to be used and I’m a little confused since the whole food diet do not allow juices but whole vegetables and especially fruits. Please explain this to me.
Thanks.

Hi, Cathy.
You need to see the studies showing the blood sugar curve when one eats a whole orange, eats it pureed, eats it squeezed with the pulp and when that same orange is drunk with reconstituted orange juice without the pulp. You would not believe the difference!
I do not think there is that much difference with juiced vegies since the ratio of calories to micronutrients is small.
Hope this helps.
