is there a way to do biofeedback without needing any special equipment?
is natural unrefined honey considered a whole food?

1) I don't know (but I don't think so, unless you have done it with the equipment enough to know what it feels like so you can do it on your own)
2) Unrefined honey is allowed on the liberal whole foods diet but not the perfect whole foods diet (reference "The Healing Power of Whole Foods" by Beth Loiselle)

Yes, but only for a person with an intact Krebs Cycle with sufficient micronutrients to run it. Most people who feel bad enough to seek help on the internet are FAR beyond that point. For them, the answer is a resounding NO.
