In the article, one person cited states, "Do not look for someone to cram a garden full of phytochemicals into a pill. Get them the old-fashioned way, one meal at a time!"
Doesn't this contradict the purpose of the article---to sell "Perfect Food" powder and caplets???
Also, I notice one ingredient, one of the cereal grasses, includes wheat...a bummer if you are on a gluten diet!
