Looks like I relapsed a little cause I'm having food sesitivities Bad ! I ordered Perfect food before I relized what it was , Will it work as well it seems to have the same soil organisms and extra nutrition ! Will it work as well???

The beauty of "Perfect Food" is in the concept and wellness.
It has small doses of MANY things and no therapeutic doses of anything.

I would like to know which allopathic medicines to use to get on top of candida albicans quickly. Has any new medicines been developed since the YEAST CONNECTION was published. What is the newest on diet and candida. I started using kombucha tea about 6 months ago and have much more energy but still lots of headaches and food sensitivities. Kombucha tea's yeasts are supposed to overcome the candida yeasts.

From my point of view, there is no perfect medicine for candida. Each anti-candida medicine works against different strains of candida. It makes no sense to blindly pick a medicine to use against candida.
The fastest and safest way to get rid of candida is by cutting off its food supply---sugar. Lower your consumption of starchy carbohydrates and completely eliminate sugar. Taking a product containing soil organisms will help to change the intestinal environment of your intestinal tract to support healthy bacteria and kill the bugs.
