Dr. Stoll, I love this site. i wish there were more docs out there who understand health and nutrition like you do. For a year now I have been exercising, eating well and taking vitamins. I have lost a total of 85lbs and feel great. please review my list of supp. and give some advice. Other benifits include decreased pms, i have not been sick all winter and increased energy. I am 28 years old. mvi womans choice, udo's choice oil 1 Tbs, alpha lipoic acid 100mg, vit e 400 iu, co enzyme Q 10 30mg, l carnitine 250mg, vit c ester 1000mg, coral calcium 1500mg, dmae 250mg and i drink green tea everyday. This is the best i have ever felt or looked in my life. please respond. I will look foward to your recommendations. If MDs prescribed this regimen to their patients i know that they would not see them as often as they do if not at all. Keep up the good work Dr. Stoll!

Thanks, Angie.

It is always hazardous to argue with success.

With all that you are already doing, I think it would be worthwhile simplifying your supplement program (and, incidentally, saving you money at the same time).

Consider starting the Perfect Food (green lable) from www.gardenoflifeusa.com

Once you have been on it for a few months, start cutting out your other supplements, one at a time for a few months before dropping another. Any reduction of how you feel means that you sill need that one.

The last ones I would get rid of are: Omega 3s, vitamin E & C. My guess is that you will continue to need them.

Let us know how you do.

Walt
