Dr. Stoll,
I was wondering if you would mind listing all the supplements you currently take? I realize their is some individuality involved in this but I am curious to know what you care currently taking while doing the whole foods diet and SR.
Thanks, Mindy

Dr Stoll will probably tell you that this is in the archives, but when I went through I never found it. Hope Walt will oblige, again.

Mindy, Why do you want to know? Take what works for you..I know he takes ester-c, so do I, but not because he does..You need iron and he doesn't..Find what works for you..Silver Fox!

I am wondering because I can't get Beth's whole foods book for another month. In the meantime, I was wondering what supplements he took as a way of measuring which supplements fit into the regime. I know he takes Metagenics and that green super foods stuff. Is he taking other supplements in addition to the Super Food? If so, then that gives me an idea that I may need to think about supplements too and how this will fit into our 'budget' and my planning which supplements I might want to stop if I take Super food.
Like mentioned in my first post, I realize everyone is individualized. I guess I am wondering if Super Food negates having to take other supplements. If so, great I'll probably want to start it. If not, then I might want to continue with my supplements I am already on.

Walt has answered this over the years but I don't know where it would be listed in the archives. I know recently he has been recommending Perfect Food by Garden O Life. He takes a hydroxyapatite product for calcium through Ethical Nutrients, Metagenics. He must be taking some EFA's but can't recall which.

Hik, Mindy.
I have archived my supplements in the supplements archives but you must determine your own needs by trial and error.
Multigenics, perfect food and omega 3's is a good place to start.

By the way, a wait that long says to me that you are trying to get this via amazon.com rather than ordering it from the author via the (800) 870-5378 number.

Thanks, Reader.
You are right! I could not find it either.
Recognizing that this list was constructed over 20 years of trial and error, her it is:
Mulitgenics Intensive Care (6 daily).
Hydroxyapatite with Boron (2 daily).
Perfect Food (Green Lable) [6 a day].
Omega 3s 1000 milligrams, (4 a day).
Vitamin E, mixed tocopherols, 400 units (2 a day).
Esterified vitamin C, 2000 milligrams, twice a day.
Trace minerals, 1 tab a day.

What brand Vitamin E? And does it contain soybean? Every brand I looked at in the past has soybean. The Evening Primrose Oil I take some just a little bit of Vitamin E.
Thanks, Mindy

Hi, Mindy.
I looked at my label and it said absolutely nothing about soy. You could get that information by calling Metagenics at (800) 692-9400 (technical support).
