To Dr. Stoll: GOL Perfect Food

Hi Dr. Stoll

Some time ago you mentioned in a post that you were taking Garden of Life Perfect Food and Metagentics Multi and might possibly drop the Metagenics Multi and just take the Perfect Food. I was curious what you decided. Thanks as always.

Thanks, TG.

Garden of Life changed their formula to include fermented molasses. I have had at least one person react to the new formula. When the company was contacted about it they said they would not change the new formula back to the old one.

I no longer recommend "Perfect Food" and am looking for a different company that produces something equivalent.

A good example of: "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."

Hi Dr. Stoll, tg, and others,

I'll put a plug in for the green food product I take, Pure Synergy. It's a bit different than Perfect Food, but I think it's a very good product, produced by a very ethical company, and it tastes better :) I stopped taking the Perfect Food because I couldn't stand the taste of the powder.

Mitchell May, the Synergy Company founder, has a very interesting healing story on his website, if you have not read it or heard of him. He's quite a healer himself, but unfortunately is not seeing new clients now.

I take a small amount of the Pure Synergy powder every day, and also take some of the Pure Synergy capsules (pure product, no magnesium stearate or other excipients) as well as the women's formula Vita Synergy, and sometimes the Radiance C and Klamath Crystals. I like them all.

I started using Perfect Food two months ago -- I wasn't using anything before. I think it is working for me but want to know what is better.

anyone? I use it as a "multi" in addition to flax, EPO, grape seed extract, pro biotics, calcium/magesium

Thanks, Nutmeg.

I have used your information to contact the company that makes Pure Synergy.

Have you studied the work they have been doing with Kirlian photography (link on their home page)?

This is a very advanced company!

Perhaps "Perfect Food" has done me a favor?

Walt

Hi Dr. Stoll,

Yes, I love looking at those photos. I could feel the energy in the product when I first started taking it about a year and a half ago. I'm very impressed that their product quality and environmental/production ethic goes way beyond most. Did you happen to check out the testimonials page? You will no doubt find some familiar names and faces there.

I understand that the products are not affordable for everyone, but if you decide to try it, please let us know what your experience is.

Wishing you the best,
Nutmeg
