Namaste, Walt
Almost 3 months ago, you advised me to take 50 mg of zinc, 200 mg of CoQ10, and 3 g of ester C daily for macular pucker. Shortly after I started doing that, I noticed that I often didn't need to take HCl after a meal to prevent respiratory congestion. I had had that problem (insufficient stomach acid) for 20 years, and I was puzzled as to what might have caused the improvement. I recently read that zinc is important in the stomach acid production process. Is it possible (likely?) that the additional zinc I'm taking has serendipitously led to an increase in my production of stomach acid? I have about two more weeks to go on the high level of supplementation. Will be curious to see if I have to go back to taking HCl capsules after I drop my zinc intake. I almost never need to take HCl any more.

I was just in the archives researching licorice and came
across a post of yours where you mentioned dreaming. I read once in a book called "Mental and Elemental Nutrition" that people deficient in B5 don't dream. I think there is B5 in peanuts. You would need to research this because my memory isn't that good. I know Dr. Stoll refered to this book once, or maybe it was a reference in his book. Maybe he knows.

Thanks, vickir.
I have no experience with this but, theoretically, it makes sense. I will eagerly look forward to what you learn in the next few months.
