I take the metagenics wo iron formula-you recomend the intensive care brand/ the difference between the two is glutamine. Or is there another difference?
I also like your opnions on shaklee and if you ever heard of reliv?

Hi, Denise.
Shaklee is about half way between your Multigenics and Standard Process. Good product although, because of it's multilevel marketing, a bit overpriced.
There are a number of differences between Multigenics & the intensive care: biotin, vitamin D, calcium glycinate, L-glutamine & zeaxanthin. It is also formulated so as to enhance absorbtion in older people.
