Tendonitis and Bursitis Archives

Tendonitis

I have several steriod shots in both wrists to ease the pain of my tendoitis. The bone and joint specialist I've been seeing says I can't get any more shots. That I will have to consider surgery next time. My wrists are hurting now and my question is; is there anything else I can do to avoid surgery and what would the surgery do to prevent this from reoccuring?
