Tennis (elbow), anyone? (source of relief)

Posted by vickir on November 28, 2000 at 15:45:26:

This is a follow-up to some messages I've posted over the past 6 or 8 months regarding tendonitis in my elbow. In my last report, I reported that acupuncture had brought significant relief. Sad to say, it wasn't permanent relief. After a couple of months, I again began to experience discomfort in the elbow (though never to the degree that I had prior to the acupuncture). About a month ago, I began taking a 500-mg capsule of boswellia twice a day. Within days, I noticed a lessening in the discomfort and now no longer have any discomfort at all. I plan to continue the boswellia for another month or perhaps two, to be on the safe side.

Thanks, vickir.

I would be very interested in hearing from anyone who uses this for this problem--both successfully or unsuccessfully.

Walt
