I was diagnosed with bursitis about 3 years ago. The pain was so bad I couldn't move my arm. I was told by the doctor that it wasn't too serious and that it might come and go. It has been three years now and it has returned. I have a very physical job and had to call in sick today. I can't even lift my arm at chest level. What can I do? Should I put ice on it? Heating pad? Will it eventually progressively get worse where I won't be able to do my job? I am very concerned. The doctor says I have tendonitis...but why? I am a very healthy 32 year old man who has no health problems. I am in so much pain right now I can barely stand it..any help would be appreciated..Thank you

I used to use hot compresses on any strains but switched
to cayenne papper, making up a sort of plaster with salt
water and cayenne on a paper towel with some dry cayenne
sprinkled on it and apply it for about 15-20 min and the
pains are gone or so much so that I don't even try it again.
Salt and cayenne will draw lymph and blood to the area and
promote healing. I use them for SO many things and they work
so fast they amaze me. I should try them for other problems
I don't consider because they are minor or don't seem
treatable.

This is common. I had it for a long time and it gradually got worse. At one point I also could not raise my arm above shoulder height.
A heating pad will make this worse. Use ice, often. Ice helped my problem the most, along with a one-time shot of cortisone. (Cortisone is not a solution, however. It only got me "over the hump" towards recovery.) Physical therapy can also help. Get Horrigan's book "The 7 Minute Rotator Cuff Solution" for a start on some basic therapy exercises.

Get your mercuty fillings out!
The pain is caused by neurotoxic injury by dental mercury fillings, not bursitis.
Same applies to other medical scsms.
Other signs and symptoms of mercury poisoning:
Toxic Encephalopathy,
Organic Brain Disorder,
Parknson's,
Alzheimer,
Lou Gherig Disease,
Miscarriages,
Carpal tunel,
Fibromyalgia,
Multiple Chemical Sensitivity
Irritable Bowel Disease,
Oral Herpes (ulcers caused by mercury sulfide)
Hemorrhoids,
Erectile Dysfunction Syndrome,
Chronic Fatigue Immune Dysfunction Syndrome,
Thyroidsm,
Lupus,
Computer vision Syndrome,
Arthritism,
Leaking Gut Syndrome (Dr. Stoll favored),
Headaches,
and NOW sit! down!
and of course the diagnosis of:
MENOPAUSE.
What the medical shysters are diagnosing as MENOPAUSE is toxic poisoning by mercury and organophosphates!
The medicine of present times is only a salesmanship of drugs for pharmaceutical companies!
Can not sell the drug will not make diagnosis!

Hi, Mark.
You are right to be concerned. As a young man, you will have to live with this for a long time and each year it can only get worse unless you study to learn WHY you have it.
Start with the archives about bursitis; also tendonitis, fibromyositis and arthritis (since they ALL have the same basic causes). Stop when you are convinced.
In the meantime learn about bracing and what to DO about it.
Let us know what you learn and how you do.
