Hi Walt:
I just have to tell you that yesterday was my one month appointment with the orthopedic surgeon.
So of course my husband colored my hair and I put on neat make-up and outfit, jewelry and smile and off we went.
Troy an assistant was present in the OR and he came running out to the lobby, hugged me and smiled from ear to ear "you are a poster child truly"...we had such a good time together.
Then the main man (I call him) such a sweet, kind, gentle doctor that every single person who has ever met him says only good things saw me and he came out and we hugged too.
I had 2 x-rays and waited.
When he came in the room he was all aglow. Smiling and just so proud not only of his work which I learned was very complicated but there I was just standing so tall without pain, not bending or leaning at all and he just couldn't stop commenting. It was really nice.
The underlying facts are that I went into this surgery and out with your teachings (applied like you always say) and they proved 100% that they work because I had no swelling, inflammation, trouble at all.
At first he was so concerned with such severe RA that it would be so hard for me but I could tell yesterday seeing me there looking and feeling so much better that he was impressed and also he respects me so much more and said "walk, walk and dont you two worry about coming to physical therapy appts that take you from home"...
I had 2 weeks of acute rehab Like Marines boot camp and 2 weeks here with a brilliant physical therapist that graduated from U f Pa with straight A's and what a coach she has been. So her part is over now too because I advanced so far.
Isnt that just neat? Just had to tell you.
Then this PT asked for your name and the BB because she has 2 new patients who could sue your wisdom.
So all in all my husband and I have come a long long way since 1999 in applying what you taught us both.
By the way the damage to the ball/socket was so extreme that my right leg from inside there had bent into that main bone and he had to do a bone graft..I could see it so plain on the x-ray. I could see the screws and all. Very cool.

Well I decide every morning that things could be worse and then I start to count my blessings.
It was really neat to prove that this lifetyle works.
It is so easy to see from the results.
They were just thrilled.

I was a big jock so I love love love stretching and working those muscles. It just feels so good.
Anyhow my room at the hospital and then rehab was a popular place. We prayed a lot in there. God is amazing.
What is so neat is that as we go through tests and trials we seem so small and weak but God is so strong and he comes through every time.

It is so much fun to just show up for all to see that our lifestyle works.
It was exciting indeed because he didnt think with RA I would do so well going in and coming out but he didnt factor in the God-factor and the nutrition factor...
I have no pain at all anymore.
You were so right. This surgery is amazing.
