My fiance has extreme discoloration on the lower half of his legs. He was quite overweight, and at that time the skin was very dark and had small white bumps, almost like a water blister. He has since lost 100lbs. He was told by the doctor the darkness would eventually disappear. But it seems to be getting worse. His doctor diagnosed or thought it may be something called cellulitis(hope that's correct)some of this discoloration has spread to parts of his toes near the nail beds and around his ankles. He does alot of walking and standing daily, do you think this may be contributing. Any information you may have would be very helpful to us. We plan to see a dermatologist very soon, but I thought you may have some insight into this condition.
many thanks

Hi, Antonia.
Until he is normal weight for a couple of years..........
Regular underwater exercises would do him a world of good.
In the meantime gentle rebounding, and always putting his feet higher than his hips when sitting, will help a lot.
He would be a lot better off with a different job.
Hope this helps.
