Tenia Veriscolor.....Not going Away!

Hey,I am 14 years old and have had TV for about 3 to 4 years now.I went to the Derma and he gave me this pink solfi to use but it didnt work then my mom searched the web and found out about the SB but I have been useing it (showering and scrubbing it,and buffing and applying everyone other day or so and also tanning) but I really havent seen Any results! I feel it will never go awayway.Its just seems so much for me I have it all over my stomach,Lower back,underarms and my sides.Is there an easier way to treat this?? Cant I just take a pill??Also what does tanning have to do with it all its doing to me is makeing REALLy dark and its so hard cause I have it in 4 differnt areas!!!!!!! Its just to much.But if SB is the only way can u please tell me step by step what to do and how long it will take till I see a differance?? Thanks :(

Hi, ShOnNa.

Buffing with the washcloth and towel will not cure this only prevent it.

Since the active infection actually prevents tanning (see the archives) there is really no way you can be sure of ANYTHING working until the next tanning season.

Whatever you use, topically, must be used at least twice a day (unless you are using the overnight Selsun mess) for at least 4 weeks.
