Hi, I have a pretty strong rash on the sides of both my feet. The skin is red and very dry, in some spots peeling off. I went to the doctor who prescribed me augmentin and a prescription anti-fungal cream, I have also used lac-hydrin five, and all the athletes foot products. Nothing seems to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, Steve.
This is almost certainly a allergy to some shoe material in your favorite shoes--right at that spot. This is true, especially if you tend to go without sox in those shoes.
I am amazed that this doc did not at least suggest that.
In the meantime, while you are checking that out, 1% hydrocortisone cream (OTC) used at least twice a day will probably do a lot more good than the what the doc, who had the privilege of actually seeing the lesions, has prescribed.
Let us know what you learn and how you do.
Walt
