Hi Thomas - Lets start from scratch - email me at (alternative.health@verizon.net) and I'll send you a Candida/Leaky Gut Questionnaire to answer - which will help me to see what's going on in your life - that might be causing this problem! * Rick *

Hi, Thomas.

If I did not reply before it is because some one else(s) did as well as I could.

Even now, I will say listen to Rick and Donna E.

Remember that you will not begin to get your normal pigment back for a year after the TV is gone.

Walt

Hi Dr Walt,

I will follow up with the folks that replied...Thank you so
very much for this website..
Just two questions for you how do I know if the fungust
is still active.. I am not sure if it spreads or if I get a little
tan and just notice the existing damage .. What should I
use on my face? ..This is all around my eyes..You have
recommend so many things but not for the face..

I have a year supply of Ketoconazole 2%..I do not think it
works...

If this was on my body it would be gone already I'm a
pro at this..

My once nice skin is starting to look like leather..

I started drink Noni jiuce...also as part of wellness

Warm Regards?

Wow, you're doing really good on the exercise leg, o.k. on the diet (you'll understand more on that one when you get the book) and the third leg, which is the most important is non-existent. You really need to check out the skilled relaxation portion of the website and start getting into that. I think that will really help your TV.

I wish I could be at the level you are with the exercise. I'm doing good considering I just started in April of this year. I do 1 hour aeroebics 2 times per week and 1 hour of pilates once per week. Then I do light weight lifting for 1 hour 1 time per week. That combined with a whole foods diet (WFD), I have lost 20 pounds. I can't find anymore time in my schedule for more. If I could, I would do a lot more, but it would be something like dance. How do you find the time?

Hi, Tommy.

You will not likely know until a year has gone past and you get another tan.

OR, you could use a tanning booth when you think you have treated it enough and see if you tan.

Hi, Tommy.

Makes sense but the only research I know of only is about the topical.

Hi Tommy,

Just remember that stress is more than just emotional. It's chemical and pollutants too. There are many different factors that will cause a stored stress effect on the hypothalamus.

Which gym do you go to? Do you exclusively lift weights? My husband and I go to LA Fitness. I think it's a great gym, they have a wide variety of group exercise activities like step aerobics, yoga, pilates, water exercise, boxing, etc. Those are the things I like to do. On Fridays, my husband in my personal trainer and I go through a weight lifting circuit. I just started that and the effect is amazing. I'm actually starting to get cut. I can't believe that all this has happened so quickly too - in just 5 months. It probably would have been quicker if I did it everyday as well.
