I have TV & I've been reading a lot about buffing. What is this?
Thanks.

I think it's what you do to make your car or wood floors real shiny.

Get a dry bristle brush and rub onto your skin. it invigorates and enhances lymph and circulation.

Hey Michele... I thought you left?

Hi, Cece.
It is rubbing your skin just a little with a terrycloth washcloth and when you dry with a terrycloth towel, every time you bathe, rather than blotting dry and hoping that places you easily miss will get dry by themselves.
Done every time one bathes, the superficial layer of dead skin (the part that all skin fungi get started on) will be removed along with any fungus BEFORE IT CAN GET ESTABLISHED.
Hope this helps.
Walt

and yes, I'm here. You know I am so why do you keep asking? I changed my mind. I'm not bothering you, so why do you need to keep this game up?
Don't you have anything better to do?
