Hi, I have a rash that popped out on the top of my feet about two weeks ago. It is realy itchy and if I start scratching I can't stop until the skin starts to peel away. I put Mycitracin Plus on it and wore socks. Now, blisters are forming also. It continues to itch and seems to spread. The skin also feels tight. My husband says to throw away the sandles I've been wearing and I certainly don't want to pass this on to my little ones. What can I do, it just seems to get worse! Please help me get rid of this. Thanks so much for your time!

Crystal,
Rashes on top of the feet are always due to contact allergies to something your shoes are made of. Plastic is the most common culprit. Rashes on the bottoms of the feet are mostly due to fungi.
Let us know what you learn with this new information. Cortisone cream will help BUT nothing will work until you remove the allergen.
